TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All hire charges commence from when our chauffeur leaves our premises and terminates on returning to our premises in Ealing.
Drivers are required to arrive at the pick up 5 minutes before the booking time
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance of the booking time. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation charge.
Parking Toll charges etc are not included in our rates and will be charged accordingly plus Vat @20%
Every effort will be made to accommodate a clients requirements on the booking of a particular vehicle.The company will not be held responsible if an alternative vehicle is supplied.
The company will always aim to meet clients requirements. But we accept no liability for any delay inconvenience consequential damage caused whatsoever.
A cleaning fee of �70.00 will be charged for any soiling of our vehicles (Where the driver must have his car professionaly valeted)
Fares will incur a 50% increase on Bank holidays and 100% on Christmas and New Year
